Just clocked up 155,555 kms in the quest for delicious taste treats and am feeling well and truly quinced. And having produced a quintet of quality pantry items from my quince tree this year including quince paste (stirred for hours on a wood-fired stove!), quince pickle, quince jelly, pot-roasted quinces and quince vodka, I am thinking that quinced must be the new cubed!
The faithful quince tree, located quincidently at #555, is just starting to blossom again now so another crop is on its way. If anyone has any hitherto untried recipes that they might like to share please comment!
